Telephone coaching involves a series of weekly 30-minute one-to-one conversations with a mature and experienced manager/coach.

The discussions focus on management and leadership, achieving the manager's objectives, and on any current and pressing challenges.

The coach is well versed in the 40 Essential Truths for Managers, as taught in The Secret Laws of Management. The coach helps the manager to learn underlying lessons and to decide on immediate action. The coach follows-up by e-mail between sessions.
